Transportation Info

NCIEC is located in the Shunyi District,Beijing Capital Airport is the nearest airport to the venue,it takes about 20 mins to taka a taxi to NCIEC.

Friendly Tips

Before Exhibition: full preparation

1.Make your visit purpose clear.Make a list of the exhibitors you want to visit,and divide them into two parts, one part is“must visit”,and the other part is “want to visit”.

2.Do the pre-registration well.

3.Put on comfortable shoes and clothes, because it’s easy to be tired to visit all the     exhibition halls.

4.Research related information in advance, like: how to get to the exhibition venue, where to     live,where to eat and so on.

During Exhibition:reasonable time arrangement

1.Tell the exhibitor directly that you have a very busy schedule,so you want to get down to business instead of wasting time on chatting.

2.Have a rest after few hours visiting to refresh.Drink more water(soft drink and beer are not the preferable choice),to prevent exhaustion.

3.Make a record at every station,make a summary every night.

4.Please take enough business cards,because there’s lots of exhibitors and merchants.

5.As a professional trade exhibition, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter.
